Heather Cooper finished her Master Aesthetics Licensure program at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics. She’s highly experienced, and is trained to run a large range of cutting-edge instrumentation that puts her on the forefront of dry eye and aesthetics care. She offers personalized dry eye treatment plans, some of which have aesthetics benefits, like IPL and RF. Heather also provides a range of aesthetic-specific services from facial toning to laser treatments.
