Co-Management?
At Granite Pointe Eye Care Inc An Optometric Corporation, we help coordinate care when surgery is needed. If your eyes require a surgical procedure, we refer you to an ophthalmologist and remain involved in your care.
Our doctors perform your pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up visits, working alongside your surgeon to support continuity of care and monitor your eye health throughout the process.
Our Surgical Partners
We work with ophthalmologists who perform procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and treatment for certain eye conditions. These providers are responsible for performing the surgery itself, while our role is to support your care before and after the procedure.
If surgery is recommended, we will guide you through the referral process and help you understand what to expect at each stage.

We coordinate with your surgeon to help ensure your care is organized and clearly communicated. This includes:
