  I experienced the most amazing eye treatment from Dr. Frances Leung yesterday (on a Saturday).  I took the chance in contacting their office and expected to just leave a message for a return call and was so relieved to be able to select the option for a return call.  She called me within five minutes and scheduled a time for me to come in for an evaluation.  She did a thorough exam and identified the problem, prescribed medication and I am now on the mend.   My first visit to the office. Best customer Service and kindness experienced in a long time during what we've all been dealt with the past 2 years. Loved meeting Dr. Mitra and her assistant Iman. All at reception were wonderful and very welcoming. I'm looking forward to my upcoming surgery. Highly recommend!

Now I've had my eyelid surgery. Been two months, no complications no issues. Dr. Mitra is exceptional. Would depend on her for any medical need I'd require.
