Dr. Louie earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of California, Davis in 1989. He continued his education at the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, completing a second Bachelor of Science in Physiological Optics in 1991, before earning his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1993.
He later completed a residency in Ocular Disease at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This training strengthened his ability to diagnose and manage complex eye conditions with skill and attention to detail.
Over the years, thousands of patients have trusted Dr. Louie with their eye care. His approach centers on accuracy, thorough evaluation, and understanding how you use your vision in everyday life.
